High above the beach looking to the north west – the Frankfort harbor and lighthouse
and then looking west
looking south toward Arcadia
And as I was looking around and sniffing the air, there came the familiar Coast Guard helicopter for a maneuver
Yup, summer is on it’s way 🙂

I have never been to that beach when anyone was there. It must be a busy place in the evenings
I know I was there almost every Friday and Saturday night in the summer from 1984 til 1989! Then there came the time when Point Betsie was the place to be!

I’ve been waiting MONTHS for this time of year….counting down the days before Memorial Day to come up there…..sitting here at my desk eagerly awaiting a trip UP NORTH to your place!
Who knows, maybe I will sneak a trip in there sometime in early May, but I know the weather isn’t as nice, right?
