…the Christmas decorations, that is.
Pictures of decorated houses on Forest – and Leelanau Avenue in Frankfort:
Some are a bit shaky as Mike didn’t stop the car long enough to let me take the pictures, heehee.

You remember this cottage…
I have known it for some time but it is only noticeable during the winter months- very few homes in down town Frankfort are owned by locals anymore. They belong to Chicagoans or Ann Arbor residents and are only occupied for a few weeks during summer.
Enjoy!
Hi Iris! I haven’t been on your blog in a long time and have sooo enjoyed the beautiful photos and your tree!! How gorgeous and creating all the yummy cookies, you have the talent lady!!!
Then, I came to the part about Bear and I am deeply saddened by his passing. My Mitzie is my daily bread so I feel your loss and Mitzie and I are remembering Bear. Blessings….Pam
Hi Pam, good to see you here.
We miss Bear terribly, amazing, he was with us for only 18 months but he sure is missed – not his breath though 🙂
So, okay, you have to tell me about Bear for only eighteen months? I figured it was many years, what’s the scoop on that? I love this blog, by the way. Pam
Hi again Pam, Bear belonged to one of Mike’s friends who could not take care of him any longer because he was in the Hospital for 7 months.
Hey, Iris
So nice to hear from you again. I’ve been checking your site daily and so enjoy it. Hope your holidays were the best, and am looking forward to a great new year.
Kay
Kay and Don, thank you for being such loyal visitors here.
I promise to write more. I was so busy during the last 2 months…
Beautiful photos of the lights. It was a joy to see them
Thank you for visiting 🙂
So pretty. 🙂
Yes 🙂
Sigh. I hate how quickly they all disappear. I hold on to the bitter end and turn mine off much later. 🙂
